These terms apply when you visit vintagefitz.com or buy from Vintage Fitz, a small vintage clothing shop based in Mesa, Arizona. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. The store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners.

The items

Everything here is vintage or pre-owned and one of a kind. Each piece is described and photographed as accurately as possible, including flaws, but expect normal signs of age and wear. Colors can look a little different on different screens. Sizes are taken from the tag, and vintage sizing runs differently than modern sizing, so check the photos and how I measure before you buy.

Brand names on the site describe the item. Vintage Fitz is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Since every item is a single piece that may also be listed on other marketplaces, an item can occasionally sell somewhere else at the same moment. If that happens, or if there's a pricing or listing mistake, I'll cancel that item and give you a full refund. I can also refuse or cancel an order for any reason before it ships, with a full refund.

Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered in the shipping policy and returns in the refund policy. In short: orders ship within 2 business days in the US, and all sales are final unless the item arrives with an undisclosed flaw or isn't what you ordered.

Selling to Vintage Fitz

If you sell items to Vintage Fitz through the Sell Me Your Closet page, any offer is based on your photos and is final only after the items are inspected in person or received. By selling, you confirm the items are yours to sell and are authentic to the best of your knowledge.

Using the site

Don't use the site for anything illegal, try to break or overload it, or copy the photos and descriptions for your own listings. Photos and text on vintagefitz.com belong to Vintage Fitz.

Limits on liability

The site and items are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Vintage Fitz isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top will change when they are. They are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
